Board of ISGEC Heavy Engineering recommends final dividend As on : 28-May-26 11:54
ISGEC Heavy Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 600%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
